End User License Agreement (EULA)

This license agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the user) and pittvandewitt regarding your use of the mobile application Wavelet ("the App").

1. License
   You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, lend, sell, or reverse engineer the App.

2. Freemium Model
   The App offers both free and paid features. Certain features, content, or services are only accessible through a payment (in-app purchase or subscription).

3. Intellectual Property
   All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including any updates, upgrades, and modifications, remain the property of pittvandewitt.

4. Termination
   This license will terminate automatically if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

5. Liability
   The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. pittvandewitt is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

7. Miscellaneous
   This agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
